#NeverTrump only has one rule and that rule is #NeverTrump.
Not unless you're 100% committed to the idea that Trump NEVER becomes President. That leaves Hillary as your only option.
Using that logic, a "neverClinton" (for a Democrat) movement would mean voting for Trump rather than Jill Stein.
Obviously most Sanders' supporters who don't vote for Clinton are not going to vote for Trump.
