KS-3 will have a D+4 PVI by 2028....I'm a little surprised the GOP went through all this to make the seat still very winnable for Dems.

This seat is gone as part of a GOP wave. But if there’s a Roe backlash in Johnson county, the Ds probably hold it…basically will be affected by national trends.
