Isn't that what you call a Nazi who is too unfit to physically attack women, Jews, immigrants, etc. and so who does it from a keyboard in a dingy basement instead?

"Most of them are childless single men who masturbate to anime. They’re not real political players. These are not people who matter in the overall course of humanity."

They are the sort of person their political idols would have likely had liquidated on the basis of being "degenerates", but there's no need to go there.
