I vote yes. I have talked to my special lady about this, and she tells me that she and most of her friends get just as excited when they see a male topless (subject to certain attractiveness standards, of course) as men do when they see a woman topless. I don't see why women should get to have all the fun.

No.  If you are desperate enough to see women's breasts, then go grab a magazine.  I personally don't want to see 300+ lb women walking around with breasts dangling down to their knees when I'm walking down the street to go to lunch.
