By mainstream and establishment conservative historians, terribly.  By moderate and progressive historians, downright abysmal.  By far-right historians, as a victim.

Out of the men that have been President, he is the VERY LAST one I'd want to have a "beer" with at a local bar in my old hometown in PA.  UNLIKABLE SMUG ELITIST JERK.
