If the sniveling coward is even vaguely serious about being Chief Executive (instead of just looking at his election as a four year vacation and free PR stunt, which is certainly possible) you'll end up with yes-men, personal friends, and second tier clowns (with no one big or competent enough to threaten to eclipse the Big Kahuna in the White House). Any big names he does get to sign on board out of ambition will be rapidly screwed-over, scapegoated for inevitable failures, or booted for disagreeing with the Big Cheese.
