No. Regan had the charisma of a movie star (or politician), while Fiorina has that of a modern business executive. Leaving aside their actual ability as executives, Fiorina's appeal is forceful and facile - of the most use in swaying the ignorant or impotent, and based on deliberate deceit. Reagan's charisma was real - he made almost everyone like him, and by association like what he said.
