I'll be honest: Today's diet is non-existent, even more non-existent than most days.  Mom suggested McDonald's for breakfast, so that was 2 Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits and a hash brown for a grand total of 1,070 calories according to the drive thru menu board.  Dinner tonight will be Cracker Barrel, which I'll probably have breakfast.  So, yeah, today's diet is MIA.

The only silver lining is that dinner will be early, about 1500 to get back before the storms pop.

Why still go to Cracker Barrel if you've already gone to McDonalds and blown most of your caloric budget there? And you're going there for breakfast tomorrow as well?

No, I'm having breakfast at Cracker Barrel for supper tonight.

The first question still stands.

If you choose an unhealthy "breakfast for dinner," knowing there are alternatives, then nothing will ever change, and all the talk about preparing and planning to change, or moving past it, will be meaningless.

Yea, that's pretty much the entire arc here. He'll never change.

Cracker Barrel is off the menu tonight.  Mom has a migraine and doesn't feel like eating the rest of the day.  I've got a 4 day old headache myself, anyway.  So, Dad and I are thinking of what to have.  Whatever we get will be early.

Somehow I don't think time is the issue here.

As part of his Mexican food diet plan, no doubt. Goes right through him!

I just don't understand why Bushie's parents are taking their morbidly obese son to fast food outlets. It'd be akin to taking him on a bar crawl if he were an alcoholic or to Vegas if he were gambling addict. And it's their money too - they literally have the power to completely cut out fast food, soda, sports-watching for 8 hours a day, and all of Bushie's bad habits from his regimen.

Because they're clueless.

Don't you agree though this plan sounds a lot more realistic given my current situation?

if you wanted to be away from your parents you should have just stayed in utah.  you even had a job there.

I wish I had, now, but its too late.  If I keep looking in the rear view mirror, I'm going to hit a tree or the ditch or the car in front of me.

Literally every person here told you it was a bad idea at the time.

I was so caught up in the image of Bushie bumping and spiking that I completely overlooked the food. Pork chops AND hot dogs plural?!?!? Plus grape kool aid that isn't exactly calorie free.

lol.

In addition to a good diet, Bushie needs a guide to proper capitalization. Why would "traffic" be capitalized there unless he's referring to an organization by the name of Fort Worth Traffic?

Sorry but it's a small thing that annoys me.

I was going to say in a truck stop restroom but that works too.

I've done it before!

Obviously but I'm asking that in relation to some issues you may be facing such as OCD, anxiety, etc. I'm asking out of curiousity as someone who gets uncomfortable using the phone.
