"Trolling" needs to be defined. You can't just leave it open to interpretation. With a subject matter like this, things must be specific.

Under the definition of trolling that you edited in, King, it would be feasible to punish someone like Boss Tweed for any anti-UAC rants. It would fall under "uncalled for remarks against a person or group of people"
