Hello, what's this?

It seems to be plastered over their website. It's actually quite alright, the old rose was too 'long' - too much stem. And not a 'new' in sight.

Anyone else think they should ditch the rose for something not so... Cold War era?

How about a tree...oh wait.

If it's good enough for UMP then it's good enough for us Smiley

Well, it was only adopted in around 1987(?). Although of course it's an old emblem for continental European social democratic parties, if that's what you mean..

That's what I meant. It's not as if earlier Labour logos were better, but that was also before graphics could be designed on a computer.

Exactly; the stem is too long. They need to have simply a stylised red rose like PvDA.

Nice logos. But still a bit 'old fashioned'; they need something suited to websites, things that can be played with. PvDA has it spot on in my opinion

I've just visited the Labour party website and it looks like now we've changed our colours as well as our logo - since when were we the purple party???
