And the winner is....Three Weeks at a Monastic retreat.

As many of you will know, I was Jesuit educated. Part of that education included an element of self sacrifice; the loss of your own time in the service of others or your own spiritual development. So I spent three weeks at Sacta Maria Abbey a Cistercian retreat run by Trappists
