The biggest problem I'm having with this so far is insomnia. I don't know how to get to sleep without being loaded. I toss and turn, eventually I do get to sleep for a few hours, then I wake up and I'm up for the day. Oh well.......
Remember, that's your system coaxing you to reach for a bottle
Your mind is often way ahead of your body
So ignore it. Try and get some physical rest even if you don't sleep and you'll begin to drift on and off, then eventually get a decent sleep pattern. It may take a while but you'll get there.
