Today is the day the regional election is due to be held. Although its a bit unorthodox, I intend to wait a few hours to open it so the legislature can finish voting on an amendment which needs public approval. A short delay in the schedule is worth it if this makes things easier for the voters and increases turnout. I'll be PMing everyone in the region once the booth is open to explain the election's special circumstances.
