Another cause for panic is Team Romney's ad advantage going down the stretch after Team Obama had dominated the air earlier in the campaign.

Eh, Team Romney might spend more money, but if you count the actual minutes of ads put on TV by both, I'm pretty sure it'll be close to parity.

You are raising a distinction that simply doesn't make a difference. Obama could buy 3AM infomercial hours to pad the minute count.
