Since there is no Clause 4 for readers to see, I recommend this amendment to the bill:


Clause 4-
This bill shall permanently expire 15 seconds after being signed into law.


Good, but you could also just vote 'Nay'.

The Senate has now reached enough votes to stay sane in the eyes of voters; senators now have 24 hours to rectify that. Smiley
