Yes, sort of. Everyone should have the opportunity for a job. There should be a ministry of employment who should be in charge of helping people find employment.

No, but everyone should be guaranteed a decent standard of living regardless of whether they have a job or not.
This too.  I think "guarantee" is a strong word, but it should be very easy in a good economy to find one (and there should be a ministry/department for helping people find it).
