I'm voting Aye - given that this measure isn't very old - but there are provisions that could potentially handicap us depending on the interpretation of the pre-2016 RL legislation. Either we need to be very clear that this will not hamper us going forward based on pre-Reset RL provisions or enact a new, non-poisoned version in the very near future.
