If Clinton wins IA by single digits (let alone loses), then Sanders will get the classic media "OMG IT'S A HORSERACE" treatment going into NH - despite supporters moaning conspiracy (like they've done for literally everything else), they've already been giving him more media attention than someone with his national numbers in a two-way race deserves. He's doing very well in NH, and barring a major change between now and the IA caucus, this would only boost his numbers.
Winning there, he'll get huge amounts of national media attention - especially if Trump or some other candidate dominates the contests in both states. Sanders isn't going to win SC or come within 30 points of doing so in the best-case scenario, but it's about what comes after that...and how the renewed attention and horserace attitude from the media affects all of it.
