The Democrats should be sending her money instead of wasting it in Connecticut, Virginia and Arizona.

Isnt pederson self-funded?

I forgot about that (although I'm sure he accepts donations).  I was just trying to think of races that are pretty much unwinnable that the Democrats think they can still pick up.  Perhaps Nevada would have been a better example.

She won support from Boxer's PAC.

And of course she deserves help as the least likely to win Democrat who still has a very good chance.

I think she has a slightly better chance to win than Brown in Ohio.  She's already proven that she has pretty strong statewide appeal, while Brown's appeal is limited to a liberal Cleveland congressional district.  Talent is also much more conservative than DeWine.

I'm telling you, Virginia is definitely not unwinnable for the Democrats.

I suppose it's possible if George Allen ends up getting outted (awhile back the guy that outted the VA Beach congressman last year said he was going to out a GOP Senator up for reelection sometime before November), but the  Democrats should focus on races where they aren't down by 10-20 points.
