Seems like a decent idea to me...PERHAPS, just perhaps it should be a longer period than 1 month though...or at least allow registering closer to elections.

On the map, and this is just a thought, perhaps some of us foreign members could consider moving from our current state if it helps create more logical maps? *Gives Michael with his stupid DC avatar an annoyed glare*
