BARACK OBAMA / JOE BIDEN (DEM) 532,365 47.6%
If this continues, it could be rounded to 50-48 ... 
Who was the last Democrat to carry OC in a statewide race ? Was there any ?
I am sure OC has been carried by at least some statewide democrat running against a horrible candidate, but am too lazy to look it up. But what is fascinating is how Obama is overperforming Feinstein, who is very popular, in many parts of the state including OC.
For a Presidential Race it was last carried by a Dem in 1936 (FDR).
