I don't see where you would have authority to either.  If this is because of the no two office rule, then he would no longer be co-GM as he could not have legally accepted that office.

You know, I hope this was orignally intended as a parody of Ronald Reagan's "five minutes" gaffe, but if so, Ebowed',s delay in admitting to the joke has made the potential humor go flat.
