Most of these, I can quickly understand what he's thinking, but this one took a few minutes, but that was because I don't think of 401(k) as a shorthand for the stock market as Trump apparently does, since as someone who understands financial matters, I know you can invest in things besides stocks in a 401(k). Then again, unlike Trump, I don't have short hands, so my initial thought was some random Democrat had suggested changes to how 401(k)s work.
