He might have been able to recover from Charlottesville, but it's damn difficult to see how he recovers from yesterday's press conference. After all, he basically said there were some good white supremacists, and he wasn't using the tone of voice he used to say there were some good Mexicans. He really meant it. That said, unless something else happens we're likely stuck with him in the White House until the next election. But we may actually see the Democrats take back both houses of Congress in 2018, something I didn't think possible even a month ago because of how gerrymandered the House is and how few Republican seats are up for election in the Senate for 2018.
