John McCain and all the other Israel lovers need to wake up and smell the coffee. America needs to stop unconditionally supporting a country that commits countless human rights violations and slaughters millions of innocent Palestinians in the name of their invisible friend in the sky.

To be fair "millions" is an exaggeration but I think it's telling you compare it to the blood libel of Medieval Europe.
It's making up a horrible charge designed to inflame people against Jews. It's exactly the same thing.
The casualty rate of the on-off Israeli war against the Palestinian militant groups is in the thousands. Any claim of "slaughtering millions" is the height of evil anti-semitism - and, by the way, whether it's said or not, is clearly intended to invoke the Holocaust.
Which is a shame. But then the existing Zionist policies of Ghettoization and Lebensraum haven't raised much of an uproar, so while it's sad some have gone to the extreme of asserting that they've gone to the next step when they haven't yet and I see no indications that they will anytime soon. Maybe in a few decades a return to the tactics of the Irgun to get the Palestinians to flee the West Bank for elsewhere, but I can't imagine that wholesale extermination would ever be in the cards.
