Not the move I would have done.  BK needs to take a RISK and try to knock out Marokai. In his place, I'd put all the reinforcements on WA and do-or-die WA-ID-NV-CA. (Alternatively, 2 on OR and 1 on WA and do-or-die OR-CA and WA-ID.  This has the advantage of attacking one less state, but the divided forces gives two possible points of failure.  Doing the grand path has a 78% chance of success while the divided forces has a 72% chance of success.  But if one does the divided forces, I'd think one would want them in a position to oppose Vosem, hence the choice of giving WA 3 attackers and OR 2 instead of what BK chose.)

You're trying to keep him alive, yet you're attacking him? If you take CA or ID, there's almost no way he survives as either Hagrid or Franzl will go after the other state to get his cards.

If you were trying to keep him alive, I'd think you'd do either OR-NV, MT-WY, or ND-SD, with ND-SD being the best choice if you're hoping to work with both Marokai and Tim, since that leaves Marokai with a ID-WY attack.    Even if you feel you must attack Marokai to save him, all in WA for a WA-ID-WY would be better since Franzl has no realistic chance at CA if you have a blocking force in WY, altho Hagrid would still be likely to succeed with TX-NM-AZ-CA.

Where are you planing on taking Wyoming from?  I think you mean from Idaho, but it isn't clear, and both Utah and Colorado could attack.

Personally, I'd have moved 2 from Utah to Arizona as my reinforcement.  You need to encourage Vosem to take those 10 armies in Nevada and have them go beat on Hagrid in Wyoming rather than try to eliminate you.  It might have worked.  After all, regardless of what you do this round, if Vosem attacks you his next round and fails to eliminate you, Hagrid will win, so attacking you will be a risky strategy .  So if Vosem chooses to be conservative, he should be attacking Hagrid regardless.  Making it easier for Vosem to attack Hagrid would thus seem to be your best chance of survival by making the conservative option more attractive for Vosem.

To that end, rather than AZ->CA, NJ->PA probably would have been the best attack, as it would have given Vosem a chance to use those armies in NY without eliminating your eastern presence.
