Hughes 49% PV 381 EV
Wilson 40% PV 150 EV
Benson 9% PV

Besides Wilson not having a war to run on, the American economy will be weaker with no war production for the Entente Powers, which will be the greater effect.  The Socialists do considerably better, especially in the west, where they manage to get second place in Nevada and Oklahoma.  They also deny Wilson a number of other States.  It would have been a closer race absent the Socialists, but Hughes would still have won.
