The quote, if accurate, isn't worse than one that can be used for Bob Byrd: "...he used to think the Klan were ok until he realized he didn't need them to get elected anymore/realized it hurt his political career."

But whereas Byrd has worked ever since to make up for that, Sessions has not.

Yes but Bob Byrd's real passion is working for the "white ns."

I'm extremely confident that Bob Byrd is in his own world now so he probably doesn't remember what he truly believes.

Why should a homosexual serve on the Supreme Court?  They obviously don't know what's right for themselves; why should they be issuing decisions that will affect millions of Americans?  A queer justice will also have a personal interest in having gay marriage legalized, making them more likely to legislate from the bench.

You really are one MASSIVE...

Democrat stuck in a well...?

I don't get it.

Probably one of the 10 best sSenators in the country.

Hahaha, yeah. Most definitely an enator.

Oh right, I forgot.  Conservatives are Nazis...because Hitler (the National SOCIALIST) was a conservative.  uh huh

You are soooooooooo stupid.

Ultimate facepalm on that one.
For once he actually made a very smart statement. Nazis were not conservatives in any form. First they were paganistic completely abhorren to the Social Conservatism and their economic policy was one of almost complete government control. Hardly an advocate for Monetarism or supply side economics. Yes technically Nazis weren't socialist b/c they didn't give a damn about the poor and the workers but they still had the elements of gov't control. The comparison is as unfair as saying Democrats are Communists. So comrades Grin for once Coburn made an intelligent post.

Uh.. just.. no..

Well...

Fascism =/= Conservatism

That doesn't mean that Coburn's post was intelligent though.
