It seems like every four years, The Donald loves talking about himself. "Wait, Phil, doesn't that happen every day?" Well, of course but he loves mentioning himself for the Presidency almost every four years.

Let's say that Obama is a disaster. Trump is getting bored with his TV show/making money/fighting Rosie and others and decides to run for President. Now, personally, I'd love it. I used to hate Trump but have always been amused by his ego and his clashes with Rosie were an obsession of mine. I have come to actually kind of like the man as a fan of The Apprentice. I'd love to see him run so that we could at least get some great laughs. It doesn't matter if he runs as a Republican or Independent - that's irrelevant to this question - Would his campaign be one of the most hilarious in history?

Feel free to comment on how you think things would play out, too, especially if Obama is very unpopular and we're still in a mess economically.

Could you imagine stuff like this during the campaign?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGZaCnfNgLE

Well, he'd have more cash and connections than just about anyone. I'm not sure about his political views, but if he is moderate or conservative, I'd vote for him. He's powerful.

He's definitely more libertarian than anything else.

Annie is a disaster. I can't stand her either. Clint irritates me a bit as well. Brandi and Joan are the best.

I'd be so tempted to but when you get on to foreign policy with the guy, he loves himself some vagueness - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdxFn8FfauU&feature=related

That's the type of stuff that makes me cringe but oh well.

According to wikipedia (bad source I know, but still)

"In the 2000 election, Donald Trump considered running for president as a member of the Reform party."

Yeah, that's the most mentioned case but I think he floats the idea every four years.

Another benefit of Candidate Trump - Ivanka Trump (his daughter) on the campaign trail.  Smiley

Anyone think Rosie would get HHS Secretary?

Wouldnt she get something below that?

She really wouldn't get anything but it would be funny to see Trump nominate her for the spot after all of the fat jokes.

After last nights "Celebrity Apprentice" firing, I take back anything nice I have ever said about Donald Trump. He would be an awful President, if he is dumb enough to keep Brandi and Annie (White Trash) over Melissa.

Melissa is a whiny little brat.

No wonder you are a Romney supporter. You can't tell if someone is being fake or not. Tongue

LOL

This ending was absolutely hilarious.

Yeah, Melissa is whiney but she's not as bad as Annie.

I like Brandi but she should have been fired. I want to see Annie and Joan go at it in the Final. That will be three hours of great TV.

Annie hasn't even done anything. It's all spin by the Rivers.

Oh, come on. Annie is a super bitch.

She's the known it all. She used to always try to under cut the project manager. Her secrets/whispering about other members is annoying. She's a total fake.

Undercut? She is the only one with any decent ideas.

I never understand why people are completely against people that know how to play the game.

Yes, undercut. She throws out ideas after a decision has been made, kind of in a "I told you so. Don't blame me if we lose" fashion. Kind of like Jesse last week (who was a major league douche).

LOL

How about that look on Annie's face when she thought Trump was about to announce her as the winner?

I never thought I'd see the day when I'd cheer for Joan Rivers. Good for her. Well done.

It was obvious they were going Joan for a while. The whole show was set up to promote Joan throughout it.

The show only proved how much of a spineless coward Trump really is.

I'm glad you also think Annie lied about Joan's troubles with the decorators, despite the fact that you heard it yourself.

I'm glad that your morals tell you that the person attacked is the bad one.

I'm glad that you thought the superior person was one who vowed to quit.

Vowed to quit...and then didn't so what's your point?

You horrible people spoiled it!  I am watching the show, innocently browsed the forum, clicked on this topic, scrolled down a bit, and found this.  Thanks a lot. !

Sad

I'm sort of happy Joan won, but I am feeling a bit empty as well, since Annie deserved to win.

Sorry!  Sad  That's happened to be before.

Yeah, Annie owned Joan in money raised but Joan won three out of the five challenges tonight.

By the way, Zarn, how is Trump a coward when it comes to this stuff? The guy picked that douche Piers last season over the lovable, "good old boy" Trace.

Do I think Trump wanted Joan all along? Yeah. Do I think that he likes to throw us all for a loop every once in awhile? You bet.

But money raised was by far the most important challenge

Well, that's your opinion.  Wink

Come on, you know it's true.  I mean 4 times as much money?  It's a total joke.

Plus, Annie undeniably did better in the previous tasks (even though she is a bitch).

Annie did great in other tasks but she didn't win three of the five challenges tonight. Ask the Patriots how much an undefeated season means when you don't win the big dance.  Tongue
