In the same year that he wins the nomination, he wins the seat he has been vying for and serves in the State House for ten years, establishing himself as a maverick reformer. 1) I'm probably never getting elected to the State Senate in Philly. My district is the best shot for the GOP and after losing it in 2000, we're probably not getting it back anytime soon.

2) There is no real "standard conservative" district near Philly.

3) Bob better get to work if he plans on having "Bob Casey III" beat me. He has all girls.    I love how I'd lose by 18% though.
