John McCain - Won't run
Rudy Giuliani - Won't run
George Allen - Serious
Bill Frist - Not serious (I believe that Allen is already in the race and with him as a candidate, Frist doesn't have all that much.)
Mitt Romney - Serious
Chuck Hagel - Not serious
Mark Sanford - Won't run
George Pataki - Not serious
Rick Santorum - Ultimately depends on re-election. If he loses, he most likely won't run. If he does run even though he loses, he won't be all that serious. If he wins re-election, he'll run and will be serious.
Sam Brownback - Won't run
Tim Pawlenty - Won't run
Newt Gingrich - Not serious
Condie Rice - Won't run
Tom Tancredo - Not serious (As Jake said, he's our Kucinich)
Hillary Clinton - Serious
Joe Biden - Not serious
Evan Bayh - Won't run
Mark Warner - Serious (Make himself the "Not Hillary" candidate)
John Kerry - Not serious
Tom Vilsack - Won't run
Bill Richardson - Won't run
Russell Feingold - Serious (He's the liberal that liberal Democrats will turn to because of fear of Hillary)
