Yes, completely. He's probably in the top half of governors in the country and should at least remain competitive (though I remain a bit undecided).
Corbett can't even effectively collaborate with his own party in the legislature. I'm not sure how he could possibly be called a good governor.
And that really is a huge, huge part of this.
