I mean, killing an abortion provider generally does lower the amount of abortions performed, hence "saving lives."
You really have to either (a) concede that the life of an already-born person is worth more than that of a fetus or (b) condone the abortion clinic murders in order to make sense logically.
So it really is hypocritical when people condemn these murders even when the murders prevent other "murders" from happening.
Or you can (c) reject consequentialism and recognize that the nature of an act itself is pertinent to its morality rather than just the outcomes of either choice. The ends do not justify the means.
