The biggest problem I have with this bill is the implication that one would literally have to stop at every stage of sexual activity and as "May I
x?" which is going to be a nightmare that is almost certainly going to cause more trouble than it's worth in the courts. I am skeptical of this bill for a lot of reasons (the biggest of which being that I don't trust post-secondary institutions to respect the rights of the accused, given their track record in that area) but this is the biggest sticking point, and the one that will cause the biggest headache for the legal community in terms of having to deal with what activities are consensual, false accusations, etc.
I more or less agree with oakvale's analysis, and will probably vote against this bill barring radical re-writing of it.
