Nay (I/O), because freedom.
...the freedom to violate someone else's privacy?
How is it a violation of privacy to take a picture of someone in a public place?
To take a photo up someone's skirt? I feel like that might be a bridge too far, honestly. I mean I guess it would be different if the person in question is completely aware of the fact that they're 'broadcasting' but it seems a little f**king creepy to be taking pictures of people without their consent. We wouldn't want the state doing this, would we? I guess I need more of a context of what the law in question specifically bans, but I don't find it entirely objectionable to ban non-consensual photography of peoples' private parts (clothed or unclothed), for obvious reasons.
