Household Products:

Regulate energy consumption through minimum efficiency standards of household appliances. Okay.
Ensure manufacturers build products that are efficient to the maximum levels. Yeah.
Reduce electricity loads in order to burn less fossil fuels. Not sure what this means exactly.
Efficiency standards to be reviewed annually by Department of Energy. Agreed.
Test and label products to meet energy efficient standards. Agreed.

Products Include:

refrigerators
freezers
washers
dryers
dishwashers
ovens
stoves
pool heaters
water heaters
air conditioners
fluorescent lamp ballasts
incandescent refrigerator lamps

Taxes and Spending:

Tax incentives for windmills. Disagreed. Wind power is inefficient and not worth the financial cost or impact on the environment.
No Climate Tax. Agreed.
Reduce oil usage by 5% each decade. I like the sound of this, but it's far too vague.
Continue federal funding for 100,000 hydrogen powered cars each decade. Definitely.
Hold funding for renewable and solar energy until our budget is balanced. No. Balancing the budget is a dumb fixation of people who should know better.
Extend renewable energy tax credit through 2018. No, get rid of most tax credits.
Provide tax incentives for renewable energy, energy production, and conservation. No.
Require annual car and emissions inspections.  For regular people? This is going to get annoying and intrusive very quickly. Oppose.

Waste Dumps:

Allow for nuclear waste repositories with heavy restrictions and deadlines. "deadlines" meaning...what?
Enforce limits on CO2 pollution. What are said limits and how would you enforce them?
Regulate small quantity generators of hazardous waste. Yes.
Require nationwide survey of conditions at solid waste landfills. Yes.
Establish strong corrective actions for violation of waste conditions. Yes.
Close substandard landfills and incinerators. Yes.

Resources and Drilling:

Tap into Marcellus Shale. Yes.
Invest in homegrown biofuels. No. Biofuels are the ultimate gimmick.
Criminalize oil cartels like OPEC. How?
Keep moratorium for drilling offshore. No.
No permits for new oil refineries. No.
Comprehensive energy policy should nuclear energy and clean coal. Nuclear power and natural gas instead. I'm not entirely convinced there's such a thing as "clean coal."
Voluntary partnerships to reduce greenhouse gases economically. "Voluntary" translated to English roughly means "Do nothing"
Kyoto treaty must include other nations before we make a decision. Don't sign Kyoto.
No drilling in ANWR. Agreed.
