 No, it has been already established that the report was a campaign position paper forwarded to S & P. It helps the if reelected Obama state that the problems he's inheriting were of his previous administration.

The next presidential election is not Obama vs republican congress. it's Obama against a republican candidate. The blame is on Obama and the republican congress but not on the republican candidate.

Except that one of the leading GOP candidates, Mrs. Bachmann, led the charge for the Tea Partiers and the no-deal side?  It'd be totally reasonable for Obama to put this entire debacle on her and what she stands for in the general.

 Bring it on, like disclosure in a legal case, they being of legal mines, would be one way to find out who's giving a opening statement for a united community or the one giving liberty, the pursuit of happiness it's closing statement.

 with the jury being the media, madam congresswoman Bachmann will have to be twice as effective and relevant as the other guy... to win what? - the Obama inheritance?  ...if one thing that we've learned of the present, whining about it won't win our future.
