I propose the following amendment.

This directs specific agencies of the regional government to manage this task. It also includes wind energy in its framework, which is an equally desirable renewable energy source.

Quote
Lincoln Solar and Wind Growth Act

Section A. This bill will be known as the Lincoln Solar and Wind Growth Act

Section B. Objective Implantation
1. The Lincoln Department of Agriculture and the Environment in a joint-effort with the Lincoln Energy Authority shall develop a comprehensive plan to survey vacant land suitable for the construction of solar and wind farms.

a. These parties shall report their findings to the Governor and recommend suitable sites for renewable energy development.

Currently vacant land will be surveyed for the clearing and construction of solar panels in order to transition Lincoln to complete solar for use of electricity.

Section C. Implementation Bill
1. This law will take effect upon signing by the Governor. place effective immediately
