SENATE BILL: The Black Hills Reclamation Act (Passed)

To my knowledge there has not yet been a single federal law (post-reset) that seeks to address the rights of Native Americans in this country. This legislation cuts to the heart of the issue and directly confronts the reality that Atlasia holds unjust jurisdiction in stolen land. We should work toward returning the lands of the Black Hills in the process outlined in this legislation.

Sec-III.3 is in place as it would make the transition process smoother.

Mount Rushmore is sculpted into the Black Hills, after all. So if we're returning the Black Hills, we're also ending the Mount Rushmore national park.
