because you think that poor is cool
they'll tear your insides out
'cos everybody hates a tourist
especially one who thinks
it's all such a laugh
You are amazed that they exist
That song is ridiculing how patronizing rich people can be about poor people, and the way they sympathize with them without really having a clue about their real problems.
