OKAY, so the rest of the state has found 1164 extra votes so far. And if King County makes up 1/3 of the state, it could come up with around 582 votes if it finds the the same "amount" (considering its size) as the rest of the state.

If these 582 votes go 58% Gregoire and 40% Rossi, that is 338 votes for Gregoire and 232 for Rossi, a 106 vote gain for Gregoire, which would give her the election.

Just an interesting fact, Garfield's addition of one extra vote would be equal to King County finding over 400 votes.

There is a difference between finding extra votes that were not counted by the machine and finding extra ballots that were never put into the machines to be counted.

The most amazing thing is that, despite several officials looking, the same person finds each and every new, never before seen ballot.

Answer me this:  If Bush lost Ohio by 42 votes and Karl Rove kept finding new ballots would you think that was normal or would you be on here screaming bloody murder?

Something is not right here.  Whether it is willful fraud or gross incompetence something is not right.

Simply put, there is a roll of who shows up to vote.  This gives us a total number of ballots that were filled out.  After the first machine count the discrepency between the number of ballots cast and the number of ballots fed to the machine should have been noticed.  There should be a record of this somewhere.  At that moment King County should have begun looking for the missing ballots, if there are any ballots that were legitimately not put into the counting machine..

I would likt ot point out that without Logan "finding" the new, never before counted ballots King could should not have seen any signifigant change.  They did a different recount than the other counties during the machine recount by manually checking ballots that the machines rejected as unmarked.

As I said before, Logan would 'find' enough votes to install Gregoire.

Is there proof that these votes aren't valid?

Logically you cannot prove a negative.  It is the responsibilityof King County to prove they are valid.

Bush did in 2000 and we still hear about that.

Smell that?  That is a double standard.

Tell, you what. We'll admit Gregoire stolen this election(even though she didn't) if you admit that Bush stole the 2000 election.

Why?  Bush won the hand recount there.

Hand recoutns are less accurate than machine recounts.

If you disagree why don't you let me count all the ballots and I will tell you who really won in Washington and in Florida.

And if you do not trust me to count votes by hand why should I trust Logan or any democrat?

It was so close I doubt finding the real winner is possible.

Hopefully, riots will erupt through out the state and Civil War will break out in Washington. After a while, the state will be split in two. Eastern Washington joins Idaho and Western Washington changes its name to something cool.  Maybe we can take Portland too, and give Eastern Oregon to Idaho as well. And then, when America takes over Canada, we can take Vancouver and Victoria. Smiley

You are correct that it is hard to know who really won.  We can do a second manual recount and get Rossi the winner.

He should get the office for winning two out of three counts though.

It would be interesting to see what happens if the Republicans try to swear ROssi in as Governor.

It would also be interesting to see hwo a revote in a month would go.
