Zoom should fix its security and privacy issues or risk easy competition rise up over them.
How did Zoom become so dominant so suddenly, anyway? There are tons of video chat apps out there, and I'd never even heard of this one until shortly before the pandemic started. Now it's as if it's the only one anyone uses.
