I mean, yes, that is a rather cartoonish post, but if you read the depraved stuff that Weiner sent to this girl, it makes this look considerably more darker than your average statutory rapist. I thought Weiner was a sex addict but never once did I think he was a pedophile.
While Weiner's pretty blatant presidential ambitions are long, long gone, I think his latest aim was to keep himself as a sad, irrelevant, anonymous figure from the past. If it looks like he has to do time in the pen, I genuinely think he might end up killing himself.
