Fairly overrated, and hate to break it to the fanboys, but his health absolutely would have prevented him from running for President.

What was really awesome about Wellstone was his character, something that my earlier (and rather snide post) didn't mention. Wellstone went out of his way to attend the funeral of his friends father, and died on the way there. The man was a great guy, no doubt.
