Neutral. He's a smart kid, and he has the potential to be a great poster, I think, but he's still at the somewhat annoying "I'm a big kid now!" stage where political knowledge greatly surpasses actual life experiences. I don't hold this against him, of course; plenty of high quality posters were once annoying fifteen year olds- Xahar, Ben, and Hashemite all come to mind. Hell, I'm sure I was looked at in the same way by the older folks for the first few years I posted here.

So, yeah, withholding my judgement.     
I fit well into that category XD.

Probably (and with the same co-creator), but that's before Spongebob.

If we go earlier, 90's cartoons were the sh*t. Dexter's Lab, Animaniacs, Batman, Pinky and the Brain.
Dont forget Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Billy and Mandy, Robot Jones, and Mike, Liu, and Og.
