Presidents of the United States
1789-John Adams/George Clinton

Speakers of the House of Delegates
1789-Alexander Hamilton-NY 1st district

Principals of the Senate
1789-Thomas Jefferson-Virginia

The Presidency is a 4 year term, and the 2nd place winner becomes VP, of course, that can change with amendments. The Speaker of the House is allowed to serve as long as possible, and is third in line. The Principal of the Senate is a position that last for 10 years, unless the officeholder losses re-election. The POS is 4th in line. We can have some weird sucessions in this list.

If you want to add another House speaker, you can, because the term is normal.
