More like all substance, but no charisma. (Not saying that was true of Kerry, but it's definitely true of Dodd.)

Not that I care what you say, but I do want to point out the arbitraryness of this personal attack policy. It gets enforced a lot more if you attack a moderator.
Again, I am not running to the nearest moderator, or using my lack of moderator abilities to delete this, I just wanted to point out the double standard.
