Saudi Arabia has none at the national level, but has some local elections.

They're holding sham elections of the "you're voting for us or we're gonna kill you" kind:

The next one is in fact scheduled for March 10 this year.

I love that they even have paper "loyal opposition" parties like East Germany did.

That's pretty standard in China. And look, a handful of the 2980 members of parliament even voted against some of the leaders. Of course none dared to vote against Xi.
