I am not a partisan hack for pointing out how the Bush adminstration made New Orleans more vulnerable to hurricanes. Don't you guys have some sort of standard for President, or is anything Saint Bush does ok with you guys? You guys are ing sheep.

I actually thought this hurricane could actually turn into a time where the nation could come together and unite to help people. I really hope it is, though a selfish part of me wishes the Democratic leadership runs with this and blows all chance of gaining seats next year. Course, they certainly are not rabid, partisan hacks who seize any and every chance to shoot off their mouth. Here's hoping for a gas leak pal.

Bush made New Orleans weaker. The  I'm going to let him get away for all talking about making America safer while he lets a Hurricane do 9/11 type damage to New Orleans. The levees would have been much higher and stronger if Bush hadn't cut that funding.

Wow, you mean that Bush's political appointees at the agency weren't critical of Bush? Who would have thought.

Most unbelivable thing yet. Appearantly FEMA didn't know that there were 15,000 refuges in the NOLA convention center until today (Thursday), even though it had been reported yesterday (Wednesday) on CNN. 15,000 people who were not given any supplies. How can they overlook 15,000 people in one place? That's pathetic. Even those at the elite mainstream media are not happy.
http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0509/01/pzn.01.html

Clearly there has not been enough manpower in NOLA from the NOLA police, National guard, regular army, Canadians who wanted to help but were turned away at the border, or whoever else should be there.
