Senator Kerry voted for the Iraq war. Secretary of State Kerry wanted us to to militarily take the side of Al Qaeda in Syria.

Obviously both were a bad idea. People don't want to be the last man to die for a mistake. And if there is a justifiable war in the future, people aren't going to trust our leaders who want war.
